At VEE COLLECTIVE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bag isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective dust bag is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
